Where is my download? No info from you, just a message saying my email address and a PIN number.
Please explain and tell me where my download is.

Hi Charlie,
Sorry, we were just updating our server software, Your registration has been delayed. The update process has been completed.

You can download your files:

Go to http://www.gps-data-team.com/pda-gps-navigation/login.php
Enter your username or your registered email address
Enter your password or your PIN number
Go to your file and press the Download button

Cannot download POI file     
Hi, I'm trying to download my POI file from your website with the given email + PIN number but everytime I try to login I get a prompt and that's it ! Can you tell me how to reach the page where I can download my file ? Thanks in advance

Ming was working on the login script. All is back to normal. Please go to your file and try to download it again.

What is the file? What happens when you press the Download button?

login issue     
The file was the safety cameras (all) POI file.

When I try to login, I get a popup saying login was successfull, with my user and PIN. I click OK and then nothing happens : I get a blank page. I cannot get to a download page or button.

How to download POIs (in 3 steps)     
I can't see what's the problem.
Let's try again:

1. log in (done)
2. go to you file ( find it here http://poi.gps-data-team.com/ )
3. press the Download button and save your file

Is this too complicated? I wonder if there is any way to make it easier. It may be some well hidden bug that we can't replicate on our side.

login issue     
The problem is with the login. Even though the popup says it is successful, it's not since I am not logged in after if click on OK.

I have a symbol in my email address, that might be the problem.

True, that was the problem, but is has been fixed. Why don't you now go to your file and press the Download button. What happens next?

download issue     
Now I can see "Guest: <my email address>" on the top right corner, but when I click on " Garmin GPI file (One click updates) - Fast and easy" I get this prompt :
Please press the Add to Cart button
if you want to add this complete POI file (country level)
to your personal GPI compilation.

But I've already paid for it!

I remembered that I had an old account on this website, and I was able to download the same file for free. Is that normal ?

It was a "well hidden bug". Well, learning from this experience, I may only say: "I HOPE it's fixed this time".

True, our active, registered members can download almost all files for free.
