Hi,

When installing co-pilot onto my new phone (mot G5/android 7) I get the errmsg 'Warning, location services are currently turned off, please enable location services in general settings'.
I've checked the phone setting and the location icon is switched on.
App permission are set for 'contacts, location, phone & storage'.
Airplane mode is off.

I've uninstalled the app, done a factory reset on the phone and reinstalled the app again but still get the same errmsg.
Obviously doesn't work as it doesn't know where it is.

I've currently got maps.me on the same phone and it works fine and shows my location on the map.

Any ideas please....

Pete

Had the same problem, go to Settings > Connections > Location > Locating Method > High Accuracy.

Mine was set to 'Battery Saving' which wasn't enabling GPS for co-pilot to use.

Hopefully this helps.
