| hey guys, im new here. I have tried so hard to get POIs to work on my nokia n97 with garmin xt 5.0050. downloaded all the poi's used the poi loader and still wont show/alert me when ever i go past a camera. i also tried adding some dummy POI's to be able to test and still no go. Any one know any tricks to help me?

Perhaps you have to describe your problem more...
Something to check for troubleshooting:
1. Did you save the .gpi file in folder POI?
2. Did you see any camera icon on your map after zooming?
3. Did you turn on the audio notification in Tools>Settings>Proximity Points?

Hi,
I have installed the POI into my Nokia N97, and I have tested it, it worked fine.
Firstly, you have to download the .bmp, .csv and .mp3 files
Then you can use the POI loader to get a .gpi file
copy the .gpi file into the 'POI' folder, which is in the 'Garmin' forder.
