Need a bit of help please. I have purchases an in vehicle media centre with GPS. The program is iGO 8 it runs well but every time you switch it on you have to enable the GPS. Has anyone had similar problems I have reinstaled the program and go back to factory setting but no luck.

Did you try to update do .exe from the program? Can be a bug from the .exe, try it. Smile

Hi,

Never saw this one, but you may try to edit file SYS.TXT, that is locared in the root directory of IGO.

Then, add the followring, according to your GPS configuration, port, etc.:

[gps]
background_navigation=1
port=4
baud=57600
