Have just bought a nuvi 1490t with mini sd card with North America Maps - can't find out how/where to save the data so don't need the sd card in the unit. Am I just being thick? Confused Please help.

I just purchased a 1490T as well and it came preloaded with maps. Have you checked user manual on how to read maps from SD card?
