Hello,
I have a New Pioneer U310BT. It came with some computer software that helps to upload CSV and KML POI files but when I put the SD card in the POI's are not loading to the systems regular POI's instead it puts them under a separate file and all my POI's are just in a list. If I try and do a search for a POI I uploaded it wont locate it. Does anyone have any knowledge on this device?

I'm having the same issue. The Device works great, but the lack of POIs and TTS voice choices really puts it to shame. My HP iPAQ 310 came with an incredible amount of POIs and was easy to update (en mass).

I've started looking for some information on this... so I'll post back when I find something.

I have been fiddling with this since I bought it, only got it 2 days ago, but I immediately noticed that the POI DB was lacking.

I've tried to import some of the KML files using AVIC Feeds and I'm getting the following error: Maximum records exceeded. So... when I try to load the Tim Horton's file with all the Timmies in Canada I can't... This does not help me when I'm having a caffine fit...

I will look there and see what I can find. Hopefully some hacks or some more indept knowledge of the OS workings.

There is a 100 POI limit? At least that is my understanding, so all the files that I downloaded from here won't install... and they aren't searchable if they do get installed... I think buying this thing was a huge mistake and I don't even have my old deck to put back in... There has to be a way to update this thing...
I've called Pioneer Support 877-283-5901 and asked why there aren't any POIs (400k accross Canada and US is like having none) and why I should pay 100 bucks for a card, when I have a 2GB card in the GPS that I can place all sorts of goodies...
