I guess we have section for cameras (both for speed and redlight) for Brazil. The warning signal will depends on your GPS device. There is a quick tutorial on how to upload those files, just check around.
I don't know if you know Rio (I've lived there for 30 years), but the problem is that they have some mobile radars and this might be very trick. You better watch out.
