I'm sorry if this is a dumb question.
I bought a Nuvi 760 a week before embarking on a 9,300 mile trek to Alaska. I quickly came to realize that the POI data base is junk. Roughly 1/3 of the items in the database are wrong.
Is there a decent after market database available? Also, is there a database that includes RV dump sites, Freeway Rest Stops, campgrounds, etc.?

FYI, typical errors include:
- A Safeway store in Anchorage that turned out to be an office building.
- A Washington Mutual branch near Coeur D Alene ID that 'can not be reached by roads.
- Highways in Alaska whose position is so far off the unit continually repeats "Recalculating" because it thinks you are off in the weeds. (Oops, this one was not a POI error.) I had to turn off voice navigation while in Alaska.
