GPS POI > GPS Forum > TomTom > 910 Data Problems

I recently purchased a TomTom 910 on Ebay & it came pre-loaded with USA, Western Europe and then had v.7 Australian maps installed here.

I can access the USA, Western Europe & Australian maps using the preference options on the device but the Australian maps cannot be accessed using TomTom home.

I have also loaded all the GPS Data Australian speed & traffic camera data and when I check the contents of my device using my computer they are shown as being on the device. However, again, they cannot be accessed using either the device or TomTom home.

Anybody got any suggestions? Thanks in anticipation.

You didn't say if when you had v7 Australia Maps installed if they had been 'Activated' as this is part of the process when installing new maps into TomTom and without the Activation Key they will not be recognised.
