How to reset Garmin Nuvi 250?
Remove sticker from bottom edge prize off small tab on bottom left and insert a small metal screw driver to touch contact in unit.
Unit will reset.

For the Garmin 750 and I believe 250 if you hold the bottom right corner and turn on the GPS until you get the message "Do you really want to erase all user data?
The Garmin Nuvi 660/680 is the top left corner.
Not sure about the others.
