| If you use the Garmin POI Loader (from the Garmin site) you just need to put the .mp3, .bmp and .gpx (or .csv) in the same folder (they'll all have the same name beside the extension) and the loader will install them all for you automagically. .

...or if you have had the same problem as I did with POI Loader, just drag them manually into your Garmin, where there's already a folder called Voice.
The same for images into the JPEGs folder, POI and Vehicles etc.
