thanks for reply.
Currently, in order to convert a file from one format to another, I need to do it online - means - enter the input filename and the requested output format.
My question is - can I run this conversion directly from a 'bat file' providing all the required parameters in the 'bat file'.
e.g. convert <from_file> <from_format> <to_file> <to_format>
hope its much clear now.

Hi
IGO converter is a DOS based application. You can use it for batch file conversion to IGO file format. Our online POI conversion tools and services are not available offline.
