I use the following trick:

1. Save POI files or POI updates to your PC.

1. Save any additional mp3 file into the same directory with CSV and BMP files for Garmin's POI Loader software.

Make sure that all 3 files ( CSV, MP3 and BMP) have the same file name.

Example that works:
Garmin_Speed_Camera.csv
Garmin_Speed_Camera.mp3
Garmin_Speed_Camera.bmp

This will not work:
Garmin_Speed_Camera.csv
GATSO_Speed_Camera_Alert.mp3
Garmin_Speed_Camera.bmp

This will work:
GATSO.csv
GATSO.mp3
GATSO.bmp

You will have just a basic alert if you load POI file without additional MP3 file.

I would be grateful if u tell me where i can fine the safety camera database of the UK for garmin? and how to install them?
