      Hi, have a tom tom one v2. I updated the sd card with some new files and now the unit will not start up when I push the on button. The unit will only restat when I remove and install sd card or when I have it connected to my computer. The unit would not back up on tom tom site said could not read a file. I replaced file now does backups but still has problem at start up.
Would appreciate any advice.

I have tom tom one v1 and have the same problem.

Problem started about two weeks ago.

Any body have any suggestions??

Mark from support sent this through to me. I downloaded it and pressed reset and all is well.
