My problem is that I have updated my unit software to 4.2 version from Internet, after updating, I loss my map database. For example, I couldn't find map from my unit. When I chose "where=>Address" functions, the unit display a message which are "not data available".

My unit can be turned on and I have tried to reinstall software. However, the problem still remains. What can I do?

By the way, I am living Melbourne, Australia. I have tried to search local authorized service support, but I couldn't find it.

Whether is it necessary to exchange to new unit?
