I have a TT 910 Go with newest version of software. My problem is that I have download the POI files for eg, Coles, redlight cameras etc & some bmpfiles don't work as some files that show a huge amount of stores or locations.. these locations are not showing up.. most of the files have worked fantastically.. the redlight and speed cams didn't work. what info do I need to supply in addition to this to help solve this problem. I do understand that people have put a lot of work into these files and I appreciate that and will add lots to POI in Australia because it's interesting and helpful to myself and others. Noel. |

I've worked it out, instead of looking for the Australia Map area in your Tom Tom directory on your C drive, look for teh drive marked "TomTom", it comes up as a separate drive when connected, then dump all the D/L files into the Australia Map are and presto, the TomTom starts updating, and all the files are loaded. I spent ages trying to find the Folder in "C" drive, and now it works.

| Many thanks, I discovered this too. I connected to my TT910 GO via the USB cable and after clicking on the TT drive in Windows Explorer, I went to the 'Australia Map' directory and put all POI's in there and that was all I needed to do. All works now. I'm planning to add Eagle Boys Pizza from this month and hope others can help with the co-ordinates so that we can share them with the Team. Noel
